About Tanacross School
Tanacross School is a small rural school located in the Tanana River Valley in Alaska. It serves the small community of Tanacross and the surrounding area. The school was established in 1972 and is part of the Lower Yukon School District. It is a K-12 school with a student population of about 120 students.
The school offers a variety of educational opportunities for students, including a comprehensive curriculum that includes language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, physical education, and career and technical education.
