Gompers Preparatory Academy (GPA) is a charter school located in San Diego, California. Established in 2001, GPA is an academically rigorous college preparatory school that serves approximately 1,200 students in grades 6-12. GPA is dedicated to providing a rigorous, college-preparatory education that prepares students for success in college and beyond.
GPA offers a comprehensive college-preparatory curriculum, including core subjects such as math, science, social studies, and language arts. GPA also offers a variety of elective courses, such as art, music, and physical education. GPA also offers Advanced Placement (AP) courses, which provide students with the opportunity to earn college credit while in high school.
