About Dr. Maya Angelou Community High School
Dr. Maya Angelou Community High School is an innovative and inspiring public charter high school located in Washington, D.C. Founded in 2018, the school is dedicated to providing a safe and rigorous learning environment that prepares students for college and career success.
The school offers a comprehensive curriculum that focuses on the core academic subjects of English, math, science, and social studies. In addition, students can choose from a variety of electives, including music, art, and theater. The school also offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as clubs and sports, to help students develop their skills and interests.
