Dr. Maya Angelou Community High School is an innovative and inspiring public charter high school located in Washington, D.C. Founded in 2018, the school is dedicated to providing a safe and rigorous learning environment that prepares students for college and career success.
The school offers a comprehensive curriculum that focuses on the core academic subjects of English, math, science, and social studies. In addition, students can choose from a variety of electives, including music, art, and theater.
