About Ronald E. Mcnair High School

Ronald E. McNair High School is a public high school located in DeKalb County, Georgia. Named after the late astronaut Dr. Ronald E. McNair, the school opened its doors in 1996 to serve the educational needs of the local community. The school is part of the DeKalb County School System and has an enrollment of approximately 1,100 students.
The school offers a variety of academic programs, including Advanced Placement (AP) courses, a magnet program for the visual and performing arts, and a strong emphasis on technology. The school also has a number of extracurricular activities, including sports teams, a robotics team, a band program, and a variety of clubs.
Ronald E. McNair High School is dedicated to providing a quality education to its students.
