Pathways To College K8 is an innovative program designed to support students in their transition from middle school to high school. The program provides students with the academic, social, and emotional support they need to succeed. Through the program, students have access to individualized academic plans, college and career exploration, and social and emotional support. The program also provides mentorship and guidance from college-educated professionals, as well as college and career planning resources.
