Milpitas High School is a public high school located in Milpitas, California. It is part of the Milpitas Unified School District and serves students in grades 9-12. The school was founded in 1950 and currently has an enrollment of roughly 2,000 students.
Milpitas High School has a wide variety of academic and extracurricular activities for students to participate in. The school offers a full range of courses in the core subjects of English, math, science, and social studies, as well as a variety of electives. The school also offers several Advanced Placement (AP) courses and a variety of extracurricular activities such as athletics, clubs, and performing arts.
The school’s athletic program includes football, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, soccer, track and field, and swimming. Milpitas High School also offers a wide range of clubs and organizations, including student government, National Honor Society, and several other service and special interest clubs. The performing arts program includes band, choir, and theater, as well as a variety of opportunities for students to participate in the visual arts.
Milpitas High School is committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. The school has a strict zero-tolerance policy for bullying and harassment, and provides a range of resources and support for students who are struggling academically or socially. Additionally, the school offers a wide range of counseling and mental health services for students who may be struggling emotionally.
