About Major Lynn Mokler

Major Lynn Mokler is a highly decorated, 30-year veteran of the United States Air Force. She is currently the Commander of the Air Force’s largest base, Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.
Major Mokler joined the Air Force in 1989, and has served in a variety of roles, including as a pilot, instructor, and commander of various squadrons and bases. She has been deployed to Iraq, Kuwait, and Afghanistan, and has been awarded numerous medals and commendations for her service.
Major Mokler is committed to the mission of the Air Force, and is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion. She has worked to create an environment where all airmen, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation, can thrive. She also works hard to ensure that airmen are provided with the resources and support they need to succeed.
