Kipp San Francisco Bay Academy (KSFBA) is an innovative public charter school located in the heart of San Francisco. Founded in 2003, KSFBA is part of the nationwide KIPP network of college preparatory schools. KSFBA’s mission is to provide a rigorous college-preparatory education to students who are traditionally underserved and under-resourced.
KSFBA serves students in grades 5-12, and provides a rigorous college preparatory curriculum, with an emphasis on college readiness and success. The school offers a wide range of courses, including core classes such as math, science, social studies, and language arts, as well as electives such as art, music, and physical education. KSFBA also offers a range of extracurricular activities, including sports, academic clubs, and student leadership opportunities.
