Cesar E. Chavez High School is a public high school located in Houston, Texas. It is part of the Houston Independent School District and is named after the late civil rights activist Cesar E. Chavez. The school opened in 1998 and currently serves over 1,800 students from grades 9-12.
At Cesar E. Chavez High School, students are offered a wide range of academic and extracurricular activities. Students can take part in numerous clubs and student organizations, as well as participate in athletics and other activities. The school also offers Advanced Placement classes and college preparatory classes to help students get ready for college.
The school also has a strong focus on community service and social justice. Through the Cesar E.
