Fayetteville High School East is a public school located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Established in 1892, Fayetteville High School East is the oldest high school in Fayetteville and the second oldest in the state. Fayetteville High School East offers a comprehensive educational program that includes a variety of courses in the areas of English, math, science, social studies, language arts, and physical education.
