About Ombudsman – Charter Metro
Ombudsman – Charter Metro is an independent, non-profit organization that serves as an advocate for the rights of individuals who are served by Charter Metro and its affiliated companies. Ombudsman – Charter Metro provides a free and confidential service to help individuals resolve complaints and disputes with Charter Metro, its affiliated companies and its services.
Ombudsman – Charter Metro is staffed by experienced professionals who understand the complexities of the Charter Metro system. Ombudsman – Charter Metro staff are knowledgeable about Charter Metro’s policies and regulations, as well as their rights and responsibilities as customers. Ombudsman – Charter Metro staff will provide information, advice, and assistance to customers who are experiencing difficulties with Charter Metro services.
Ombudsman – Charter Metro staff are available to meet with customers in person or by telephone. Staff can also provide written information and advice in response to customer inquiries. Ombudsman – Charter Metro also provides a variety of resources, including a website and a toll-free telephone number.
Ombudsman – Charter Metro is committed to promoting fairness and equity in the delivery of Charter Metro services. Ombudsman – Charter Metro staff will work with customers to ensure that their rights are respected and that they receive the services they are entitled to. Ombudsman – Charter Metro also works to improve the quality of services provided by Charter Metro and its affiliated companies.
