The Academy of Mathematics and Science South (AMS South) is a public charter school located in Tucson, Arizona. Founded in 2010, AMS South is dedicated to providing a rigorous and innovative educational experience for students in grades 6-12. At AMS South, we strive to create an environment that encourages students to become creative problem-solvers, critical thinkers, and lifelong learners.
Our curriculum is based on the Arizona Academic Standards, and our students have the opportunity to take courses in mathematics, science, engineering, and technology. Our teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable in their respective fields. We also offer a variety of extracurricular activities, such as robotics and coding clubs, to further engage our students.
