About Russian Mission School
The Russian Mission School is a historic school located in the small village of Russian Mission, Alaska. Founded in 1887, the school has been providing educational opportunities to the children of the village for over 130 years. The school is part of the Lower Yukon School District and serves students in grades K-12.
The school was founded to provide educational opportunities for the children of Russian Mission, which is located in a remote area of Alaska. The school has been providing a quality education to its students ever since. It is the only school in the area and provides students with a comprehensive education that includes core subjects such as math, science, and English as well as electives such as art, music, and physical education.
