About Chapman School

Chapman School is an independent, non-sectarian school located in the heart of San Francisco, California. Founded in 1871, it is one of the oldest independent schools in the United States. The school serves students from preschool through 12th grade.
Chapman School is committed to providing a rigorous, comprehensive education in a safe and nurturing environment. The school’s curriculum is designed to challenge students academically, while also providing opportunities for exploration, creativity, and growth. It offers a wide range of courses in the arts, sciences, and humanities, as well as a variety of extracurricular activities.
