W.P. Davidson High School is a public high school located in Mobile, Alabama. It is part of the Mobile County Public School System and serves students in grades 9-12. The school has a rich history of academic excellence and extracurricular success.
The school was founded in 1949 and named after former Mobile County Superintendent of Education, William P. Davidson. It has consistently been one of the top-performing schools in the state, with a strong emphasis on academics and athletics. The school offers a wide variety of courses, including Advanced Placement classes and college-level courses.
The school also has a strong extracurricular program, with numerous clubs and activities available for students to participate in. These activities include student government, band, drama, debate, and robotics. The school also has a wide range of sports teams, including football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, and track and field.
