About Curry High School
Curry High School is a small, public high school located in the heart of rural Alabama. Established in 1977, Curry High School is a part of the Walker County School System and serves the students of Curry and the surrounding areas. Curry High School is known for its small, close-knit community, which creates a family-like atmosphere for both students and faculty.
Curry High School offers a wide range of academic programs, including Advanced Placement (AP) and dual enrollment courses. The school also offers a variety of extracurricular activities including athletics, clubs, and other activities. The school’s athletic teams, the Curry Cougars, are well-known in the area, having won several state championships in recent years.
Curry High School is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive learning environment for its students. The school has implemented a number of initiatives to ensure that students are provided with the best educational opportunities possible. Curry High School is committed to helping its students reach their full potential, both academically and socially.
